Our content is education, not medical advice

This is the most important thing on this page. Everything we publish — articles, guides, workshop materials, and the support directory — is general educational information. It is not medical advice, not psychological or psychiatric advice, and not a diagnosis.

Reading this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship of any kind. Our content cannot account for your individual circumstances, history, or medication. Always speak to a qualified health professional about your own situation, and never disregard or delay professional advice because of something you read here.

In an emergency

This website is not an emergency service and is not monitored in real time. If you are in crisis or thinking about suicide, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or text HOME to 741741. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911.

Links and organizations we list

Our support directory lists other organizations so that people can find help beyond what we offer. Listing an organization is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a guarantee about the quality, availability, or cost of their services, and we have no control over them. Details change; please verify anything important directly with the organization. If you find something out of date, please tell us.

Using our material

Our written guides exist to be shared. You may read, print, link to, and share them for personal, educational, or non-commercial community use, provided you credit Satya Wellness and don’t alter the meaning. Please ask us first before republishing our material commercially or presenting it as your own. Photography on this site is licensed stock and is not covered by that permission.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and, unless we agree otherwise in writing, non-refundable. They are used to further our charitable purpose at the discretion of the organization. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us and we will do our best to help.

Acceptable use

Please don’t use this site to break the law, to harass anyone, to send us malicious code, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we can’t promise it will always be either. Content may become out of date, and the site may be unavailable from time to time. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and Satya Wellness is not liable for any loss arising from your use of or reliance on it.
