Where to get help
Satya Wellness doesn't provide counseling or treatment. What we can do is point you to the people who do — so here is everything we'd tell a friend, in one place.
If someone’s life is in danger right now, call 911
For a mental health crisis that isn’t immediately life-threatening, call or text 988 — it’s free, confidential and answered around the clock. If you’d rather not involve police, TRUST on (408) 596-7290 is Santa Clara County’s non-police crisis team.
