Plain language, always
Mental health writing is full of jargon that keeps people at arm's length. We write the way we'd explain something to a friend — accurate, but never clinical for its own sake.
Free at the point of need
Everything we publish is free to read and free to share. Cost should never be the reason someone goes without an explanation they need.
Community over broadcast
Our workshops exist as much for the connection as the content. Understanding lands differently when you're in a room with people who get it.
No wrong door
If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll point you somewhere that is. We keep a directory of Bay Area support precisely so that nobody leaves empty-handed.
